The world’s top athletes are heading to the 2024 Paris Olympics and are eager to give their TikTok followers exclusive behind-the-scenes looks at the summer games.

Several Gen Z and seasoned participants have already kicked off their social media content by sharing their cardboard-designed “anti-sex” beds, showing off the Olympic Village and revealing the cheeky goodies they’ve received from event organizers, including condoms.

While some athletes are more unconventional than others, many also have vlogged their daily routines, consisting of practices, coffee breaks, food hall stops, beauty tips and more.

Here are a few of the Olympians to keep an eye out for online as the games kick off on July 26.

Ilona Maher (US Women’s Rugby)

Gold medalist and influencer Ilona Maher, 27, has been active on TikTok as she’s given fans a glimpse at her time in the Olympic Village.

The US Women’s Rugby athlete has even tested out the infamous “anti-sex” bed, which is rumored not to be durable enough to withstand sexual activity.

She tested the bed’s limits with a few other athletes as they wrestled, danced, jumped and re-enacted childbirth.

Paris is Maher’s second round at the Olympics as she made her debut at the 2021 games hosted in Tokyo, Japan.

Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall (US Track and Field)

Tara Davis-Woodhall and her husband, Hunter Woodhall, both 25, are no strangers to the Olympics and will likely keep fans in the loop on their joint social media account as the games play out.

The power couple, who are track and field athletes, are gearing up for the games as Tara is set to compete in the Olympics while Hunter participates in the Paralympic Games, which kick off in Paris on August 28.

They’ve both competed before with Tara coming in 6th for the long jump at the Olympic games in Tokyo. As for Hunter, he has competed and earned bronze metals in the Paralympics in 2016 and 2020.

Trinity Rodman (US Women’s Soccer)

Trinity Rodman, 22, is making her debut at the Olympics this year.

The US Women’s Soccer athlete — who is the daughter of NBA champ Dennis Rodman — has created a legacy of her own as she participated in the2021 National Women’s Soccer League at 18 years old.

At the time, she was the youngest drafted competitor and was awarded NWSL Rookie of the Year and US Soccer Young Female Player of the Year, per her Olympics bio.

Trinity also participated in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Suni Lee (US Women’s Gymnastics)

Gymnast Suni Lee has been avidly documenting her time at the Olympic Village since arriving on July 22.

The 21-year-old shared a look at a designated Skims by Kim Kardashian merch room for athletes and gave a room tour.

In her room, Lee showed the small clothing and shelving racks she got for her belongings, which will likely include the six picks she told Page Six she would be bringing with her to Paris.

In 2020, she notably documented her time at the Tokyo Olympics as she took home gold, bronze and silver medals.

Hezly Rivera (US Women’s Gymnastics)

Hezly Rivera was declared the youngest member of the USA team for the 2024 Olympics.

The 16-year-old has been documenting her time abroad while sharing snippets of herself practicing on TikTok and Instagram.

She took home a bronze medal at the 2024 Winter Cup.

Simone Biles (US Women’s Gymnastics)

As the 27-year-old prepared for Paris, they documented their fresh haircut on Instagram ahead of jetting off on July 22.

This is Hiltz’s first time at the Olympics.

Daniella Ramirez (US Artistic Swimming)

The artistic swimmer, 22, has never been to the Olympics but has obtained several titles, including as a Bronze Medalist at the 2024 World Aquatic Championship.

Swimming is in Ramirez’s blood as both her dad and brother are divers and swimmers, according to her Olympic bio.

Keet Oldenbeuving (Netherlands Skateboarder)

The Dutch skateboarder has vlogged her time at the Olympic Village, sharing the inside scoop of her day as an Olympian.

When Oldenbeuving hasn’t been practicing, she’s spent time at an arcade dedicated to Olympians and playing card games.

Aleah Finnegan (Philippines Women’s Gymnastics)

Aleah Finnegan has taken advantage of several facilities at the Olympic Village since arriving as a first-time Olympian.

The 21-year-old jumped into learning how to make a French baguette and has shown and rated food at the Olympic dining hall, describing it as “good” but “not really seasoned,” per videos posted to TikTok.

Finnegan also gave a thorough tour of the village and alook at her cardboard bed, describing it as “not that comfortable.”

Tom Daley (Great Britain Men’s Diving)

Along with many others, four-time Olympian Tom Daley’s first task when he arrived at the Olympic Village was to debunk the “anti-sex” bed theory.

The 30-year-old took to TikTok to show himself jumping on the cardboard-based bed to prove its durability.

Daley has obtained three bronze and one gold medal since participating in the 2008 Olympics when they were hosted in Beijing.

Tina Rahimi (Australia Women’s Boxing)

Sarah Douglas has openly shared the goodies inside her Olympic goodie bag, which she was greeted with when she arrived at her room in the village.

The 30-year-old — who first participated in the 2020 Olympics — revealed each athlete received a cell phone, water bottles and a toiletry bag with condoms, per a TikTok video.

Olympic organizers ordered 300,000 condomsfor athletes.

Douglas also joked she was old but “never felt better” to participate in the games at her age.
