New comedy series, The Franchise, from producers Armando Iannucci (Veep, Avenue 5) and Sam Mendes (1917, Empire of Light), begins streaming next week.
HBO’s new series takes a satirical aim at the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), following the crew of a least favourite superhero movie franchise as they all get sucked into the outrageous chaos of creating superhero franchise films, from production dramas to cancelled celebrities.

HBO’s new series, The Franchise, premieres Monday, 7 October on BINGE, with a new episode streaming weekly. For Foxtel users, it airs from Thursday, 10 October at 8.30pm, then on demand on Foxtel Now.
The Franchise Season 1 has been confirmed to consist of eight episodes.

The Franchise episodes have been confirmed to stream on BINGE. You will need a subscription in order to stream the show, as well as access BINGE’s complete catalogue of shows and movies.
There are three plans available when signing up, available on a monthly basis. First is the Basic (with ads) plan, streaming in HD on one screen at only $10 monthly. Next is the Standard plan, which allows streaming movies and shows on up to two screens in HD or 4K on selected content for $18/month.

Another option to watch The Franchise TV show in Australia is Foxtel, which is launching the new HBO series on the FOX8 channel. Fortunately, the base Foxtel Plus bundle already includes the channel, home of some of the most trending TV shows from here and abroad.
