Okay, I just was able to look at the pictures, they uploaded weird. You’re not wildly out of the normal ranges, so it’s prolly not that big of a deal. Your doctor will obviously have better insight.

@sarahmoiselle,
i have incompetent cervix and cerclage placed which is kind of failing so im prone to preterm labour and im seen by 3 doctors so if there is anything they will warn me about it , i usually get call if there is any abnormalities in my blood test so i guess its okay

Keep in mind, all lab values are brought up against non pregnant women. Red blood cells are up because you have more blood volume being pregnant, up to 50% more , so it would be expected that it would be higher. Low Mcv can indicate iron deficiency , low mch is another indicator of iron deficiency. But having normal ferritin is great. If your doctor is concerned or think you might be anemic they would start you off with iron supplements (generally every other day with orange juice, no dairy or heartburn meds an hour before or after iron as it hinders absorption ) but this is only if your provider finds it necessary. It is VERY common for pregnant women to be iron deficient during pregnancy
